About Us
Our story began in April 1988 with a simple dream: to create a true old-fashioned butcher shop where customers felt known, valued, and could always count on high-quality meats. What started as a small family vision quickly became a trusted part of the community.
For 36 years, Marianne has been at the heart of the shop, working side by side with her father and helping carry the family legacy forward. Built on the belief that family is everything, the store has grown alongside the generations it serves.
Today, while the commitment to premium meats remains the foundation, the shop has expanded to offer catering, authentic Italian foods, and fresh raw pet food — all with the same care, tradition, and pride that started it all. Now, as the next generation steps in, the family legacy continues, stronger than ever.
